Delivering Professional Mold Removal Service and Support

Clean Air will develop a project time line and communicate it with the owners of the property, prior to the remediation and rebuild project. In all situations, the underlying cause of water accumulation must be rectified or fungal growth will reoccur.

Any initial water infiltration should be stopped, cleaned and dried immediately (within 24 to 48 hours) to prevent or limit mold growth. If the source is elevated humidity, relative humidity should be maintained at levels below 60% to inhibit mold growth. The project emphasis should be on ensuring proper repairs of the building so that water damage and moisture buildup does not recur.

  • What is your 30 Minute Air Test?

Our expert will arrive on-site to test the air in your home or business with the goal of discovering potential quality issues, and suggesting a plan to prevent air quality from having a direct impact on your health.

Using state-of-the-art equipment we will test for both common and uncommon pollutants by measuring contaminant levels of Biological, Chemical & Combustible pollutants

    • Biological pollutants such as mold, bacteria, dander, pollen, and dust mites. Biological pollutants can cause allergic reactions such as hypersensitivity pneumonitis, allergic rhinitis, and some types of asthma.
    • Chemical pollutants that include volatile organic compounds like formaldehyde, lead and radon.
    • Combustion pollutants like carbon monoxide and tobacco smoke  (incidentally, most chemical pollutants result from combustion)

Our 30 minute air test service has six sensors that measure: Dust Particles, Chemical Pollutants, Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Temperature and Relative Humidity. You’ll get a full report that highlights any possible areas of concern. Do you go to the doctor for a complete physical? This is a physical for your home or business!

  • Why is it important to test air quality?

Our air quality test shows exactly what your family is breathing. We winterize our homes for colder months, open all the windows and turn AC’s on in the warmer months! However, we don’t stop to think about everything building up in our house or what we allow in when we open the doors and windows to the let in outside air! With tighter homes, harmful gases, chemicals, allergens and other pollutants can quickly build up and reach unsafe, hazardous and even fatal levels.
